Holistic health practitioner, kinesiologist, farmer, mother, and someone who has walked the road you're on.
For years, Sarah Wolfe did what most of us do — she trusted the system. She showed up to appointments, answered the questions, and filled the prescriptions. But the answers never quite fit the questions her body was asking.
Different doctors. Different opinions. Different medications. And still, no one was looking for the root.
That experience — frustrating, exhausting, and ultimately clarifying — became the foundation of everything Sacred Roots is today. Sarah didn't walk away from conventional medicine with bitterness. She walked away with a mission: to offer people something different. A practice built on listening deeply, looking further, and never settling for a surface-level answer.
She went back to the beginning — to nature, to the body's own wisdom, to the kind of healing that has existed long before the prescription pad. And she built a practice that reflects exactly that.
Sarah is a mother of four, a woman of faith, and someone who works the land alongside her family on their farm in Blue Rock, Ohio. She and her husband also run a trucking company — which means she understands what it means to carry a full life while still trying to take care of yourself.
Her Christian faith is woven through everything she does — not as a doctrine, but as a deep, abiding trust that the body was made with purpose and designed to heal. That belief shapes how she approaches every client, every session, and every recommendation.
At Sacred Roots, you won't just feel like a patient.
You'll feel like a person.
